Buyer
The person who placed the order through the website and whose information is included on the order form.
2. Topic
This agreement defines the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product or service ordered by the Buyer electronically through the Seller's website.
3. Product and Service Information
The type, quantity, brand/model information, sales price, and payment method of the purchased product or service consist of the information specified during the order process.
4. Payment
The buyer can pay for the order using a credit card, debit card, bank transfer/EFT, or other payment methods offered on the website.
Payment transactions are securely processed through our partner payment institutions.
5. Delivery
Purchased items will be prepared and handed over to the shipping company as soon as possible, depending on stock availability.
Delivery time may vary depending on the product type and delivery address.
The buyer will be informed of any possible delays.
6. Right of Withdrawal
The buyer may exercise their right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in a resalable condition.
Applications for withdrawal under the right of cancellation must be submitted in writing to info@canotomasyonbursa.com.
7. Return Procedures
Once the returned product reaches the seller, the necessary checks will be carried out.
If the return conditions are met, the product price will be refunded within the legal timeframe using the method the buyer used for payment.
8. Force Majeure
Natural disasters, war, strikes, technical malfunctions, transportation disruptions, and other circumstances beyond the control of the parties are considered force majeure.
In such cases, the seller cannot be held liable if they fail to fulfill their delivery obligation.
9. Competent Court
In case of disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction within the monetary limits determined by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.
10. Entry into force
By placing an order through the website, the buyer is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted all the terms of this agreement.
